Smudgy is a drawing app for young children. We built it to be simple and safe — that means no data collection.

What we store on your device

Your drawings are saved locally on your device. They never leave it and are never transmitted anywhere.

iCloud sync

Your purchase is stored with your Apple ID so it restores automatically if you reinstall the app.

What we don't do

• No analytics or crash reporting
• No advertising or tracking
• No user accounts or sign-in
• No data sold or shared with third parties
• No data transmitted to our servers — we don't have any

Children's privacy

Smudgy is designed for young children. We collect zero personal information from any user, including children under 13. The app functions entirely offline and requires no account creation.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
